The client is responsible for the following fees. Amis Memorial Chapel will advance monies on behalf of the client to the service providers as a courtesy and to expedite the process, however the amounts will appear on the client’s invoice. Prices will vary based on the service provider’s rates and may include the following services and/or products:
- Removal of remains from place of death to crematory
- Securing, preparing and filing of death certificate, cremation certificate and any other documents to do with cremation
- Cremation of remains
- Delivering cremated remains to family or funeral home

- Coordinating memorial/funeral service with clergy, organist, flowers and pictures held at Amis Memorial Chapel
