- Pickup from home or veterinarian
- Individual cremation of all pets up to 200 pounds
- Cremation of remains within 72 hours of completion of documentation
- Distribution of remains in an urn, keepsake, or jewelry

The Pet Cremation Process
- Contact Amis Memorial Chapel and together we will schedule a time to pick up your pet
- Remove all items from your pet you wish to keep
- Complete all necessary paperwork including the Pet Cremation Verification and Authorization Form
- ONLY private cremations are performed at the Amis Memorial Chapel. This means only your pet will be placed in the cremation chamber
- Our identification process will help to assure that the identity of your pet is always known throughout the cremation process with an ID# on the identification cards, metal disc and photo
- Place ashes in chosen memorable urns, keepsakes, keychains or jewelry
- Return remains to your home at an agreed upon time
